Document Checklist
Here is a checklist of what you’ll need to send to us:
You’ll need to include in the package (for each applicant):
1. a tourist invitation/tourist voucher
2. Printed out and signed visa application
3. Passport photo
4. Payment to ILS
5. Original passport
6. Copy of your passport main page
Now that you have the tourist visa invitation(s), check them and make sure all the dates and names are correct.
Step 1: Order
Once you’ve completed your order. You’re ready to continue with the necessary documents.
Step 2: Visa Application
Step 2 – FILLING OUT THE VISA APPLICATION:
The next step in the visa process is filling out the visa application.
You’ll have to fill out one application for each applicant.
Go to https://visa.kdmid.ru/
Follow the instructions.
All the information you’ll need is either on the invitation or provided by you.
For question number 11 Host Organisation, put the following:
Company name: RTM LTD.
Reference No: 019778
Confirmation No: This is the large number on your invitation aka tourist voucher #
This number is unique to each applicant.
Address: RUSSIAN FEDERATION, 191023, ST PETERSBURG, BANKOVSKY LANE 3, LITER B, ROOM 22N
Put the reference numbers only, no letters.
When it asks about countries you’ve visited in the past 10 years, try your best to approximate all the dates but don’t go digging through diaries to get every last detail if the list ends up being long.
At the end of the application, you’ll need to indicate the Houston ILS office as the location to apply.
Step 3: Prepare Payment & Photo
Step 3 – PREPARE:
A. Passport photo
B. Payment of $123 to ILS, the official visa center, for each application for a single-entry tourist visa (valid up to 30 days). Please make separate payments. Payment must be in the form of a Money Order or a Cashier’s Check (Bank Check) made payable to Invisa Logistic Services, LLC.

Step 4: Mail Documents

Please send us your visa application ID and password for a reference when applying at the ILS office.
Send the documents in a secure way with a tracking number and email that number to us please.
